NEW APP – OIS eCommerce Webstore App
The OIS eCommerce App has long allowed wholesale buyers to place orders on the go. This year, we expanded that experience with the launch of the OIS eCommerce Webstore App, bringing the same B2B ordering capabilities to desktop for customers who prefer a more familiar, browser-based buying experience.
With the OIS eCommerce Webstore App, buyers can browse digital catalogs, place orders, and track order status directly from their computers, while still having the option to order from mobile when needed. This added flexibility makes it easier for customers to order the way they’re most comfortable, helping distributors strengthen relationships and sell more efficiently across channels.

INTEGRATION - Fishbowl Inventory
In 2025, we expanded our integration ecosystem through a strategic partnership with Fishbowl Inventory, a leading warehouse management solution. This integration connects Orders in Seconds’ order management tools with Fishbowl’s warehouse management tools , while both systems sync seamlessly with QuickBooks. Together, they help wholesale distributors and CPG brands reduce manual data entry, improve inventory visibility, and keep sales, warehouse, and accounting data aligned in one connected workflow.
To introduce the integration, we hosted a joint Lunch & Learn webinar focused on helping distributors understand how to improve their wholesale operations, from orders to inventory using OIS and Fishbowl together.
INTEGRATION – Route4Me
That focus on integration didn’t stop with inventory. In 2025, we also partnered with Route4Me to improve last-mile delivery. By connecting Orders in Seconds with Route4Me and QuickBooks, sales orders now move seamlessly from order entry to delivery scheduling and invoicing. This reduces manual data entry, improves route accuracy, and helps distributors deliver more consistently while controlling delivery costs.
To introduce the integration, we co-hosted a webinar focused on practical ways distributors can save time and miles while strengthening delivery operations.
NEW FEATURES - OIS Inventory 4 New Features
Warehouse accuracy and visibility continue to be a major focus for distributors. To support this, we released four new features in the OIS Inventory App designed to help teams track, count, and locate products faster and with greater accuracy.
These updates improve key warehouse tasks, including receiving inventory with barcode validation, performing inventory counts without operational shutdowns, viewing real-time stock levels by location or lot, and moving inventory through the warehouse with clear task assignments and tracking. Together, these enhancements help reduce errors, improve organization, and save time across daily warehouse operations.

NEW PARTNER – ProcureSmart
Procurement is one of the most complex areas of wholesale and manufacturing operations, and inefficiencies in sourcing, pricing, and vendor management can quickly impact margins. This year, we partnered with ProcureSmart to help businesses gain better control over purchasing decisions and improve operational efficiency.
We introduced the partnership during a webinar that covered practical procurement strategies and the ProcureSmart integration with OIS and QuickBooks.
NEW PARTNER – Settle
Procurement decisions don’t end at sourcing — they also affect how inventory is paid for and how cash flows through the business. To help distributors and manufacturers manage this side of the equation, we partnered with Settle to bring more flexibility to purchasing and vendor payments.
Through this partnership, distributors and cpg brands can better manage working capital, improve payment terms, and gain clearer visibility into true landed costs. We also hosted a webinar to show how Settle integrates with Orders in Seconds and QuickBooks, helping businesses buy smarter without unnecessary financial strain.
NEW PARTNER – Foodbevy
Growth in wholesale often starts with the right products and partners. With that in mind, we partnered with Foodbevy to help distributors better connect with emerging food and beverage CPG brands and stay ahead of consumer-driven trends.
Through this partnership, we focused on sharing insights into what’s trending across food and beverage CPG and how distributors can identify new brands and product opportunities. To support this effort, we held a webinar that explored key industry trends and practical ways distributors can work with emerging brands.
NEW! YOUTUBE CHANNEL – Frank Monterrosa, The Wholesale Pro
This year, we launched a new YouTube channel featuring Frank Monterrosa — The Wholesale Pro — as a new way to connect more closely with the wholesale community. It’s been an exciting step for us and a platform designed to bring practical, real-world guidance directly to distributors and cpg brands.
Through weekly videos, Frank breaks down common challenges wholesalers face and shares tips, strategies, and industry insights drawn from years of hands-on experience. The goal is simple: offer clear, useful advice that helps sales teams, warehouse teams, and business owners work smarter, improve operations, and grow with confidence.

NEW eBOOK – A Simple Guide: QuickBooks Paid Invoice Report
Tracking paid invoices and sales commissions in QuickBooks can be time-consuming, especially for wholesale teams managing multiple reps. To help simplify this process, we released a new free eBook focused on creating clear, commission-ready reports in QuickBooks Online.
This guide walks through step-by-step instructions for building a Sales Rep Report that shows only paid invoices, using customized fields and filters in QuickBooks Plus or Advanced. Designed specifically for wholesale distributors, the eBook helps teams reduce manual reporting, improve visibility into sales performance, and save valuable time each month.
NEW eBOOK – A Simple Guide: How to Print Using Avery Labels
We also released a practical eBook focused on warehouse organization, designed to help distributors clearly label warehouse locations using Avery barcode labels and templates.
The guide includes step-by-step instructions for setting up and printing labels, along with visual examples to make implementation easier. Built for wholesale distributors and warehouse teams, it helps reduce picking errors, improve location accuracy, and bring more structure to daily warehouse operations.
3 New FREE Calculators
To give distributors more hands-on tools they can use right away, we released three new free calculators designed to support smarter pricing, forecasting, and sales decisions.
These calculators help wholesale teams better understand profit margins, evaluate the return on investment of their sales reps, and forecast inventory needs with more confidence. Each tool was built to be simple, practical, and easy to use—giving distributors quick insights without complex spreadsheets or manual calculations.

Supporting distributors through education remained a priority throughout the year. We hosted seven free webinars designed to explore common operational challenges across sales, inventory, delivery, procurement, and finance.
Each session focused on real challenges distributors face and shared practical ideas teams could apply to their day-to-day operations. The webinars also created space for questions and discussion, helping attendees explore better ways to manage their wholesale businesses.
